Configuration of the environment variable WIRECLOUD_SERVER is missing

The call of docker-entrypoint inside the Dockerfile is commented, therefore never is configured the docker instance. Additionally, the wirecloud hostname is fixed inside the nginx.conf file to the name wirecloud.fiware-certification.svc (see the command in the Dockerfile).
