New custom event (Percentage of Daily Duration). #900

Hello everyone!
First, I want to thank the developers for an excellent application that I have been happily using for quite a long time.
And right after that, I'll move on to what's missing in it, personally for me.
In the custom events menu section, an event is missing: Add (Percentage of Daily Duration).
Let me explain why this is needed:
Imagine the time segment from sunrise to sunset as a linear segment. Noon in this segment would have a value of 50%, as it divides this time segment exactly in half.
I need an alarm to trigger every day, for example, after 6.18% from the beginning of the day, or 61.8% from the beginning of the day. Every day, this would happen at the same time relative to the duration of the day, which changes depending on the time of year. The same could be done with the nighttime segment.
It would be great if the developers added this feature. Thank you!
