Alow projects with single stands

When we cover the entire forest with projects, the last sequenced ones can be just isolated stands.
This happens when we treat an entire fuel break network, for example.
Considering those stands as projects will allow post-processing to merge the small projects with its neighbor large project.

Great, I think this might be addressed when fixing a bug related to patches including isolated stands when they run out ot adjacenty stands. Let's check back on this once I finished transfer dijkstra's C++ algorithm into patchmax itself.

Wouldn't this be a setting with exclusion_limit? If it is 1 and the minimum patch size is 0, it should create single stand "patches", right?
