[Feature Request] Email from second domain when using multiple orgs

Summary

Currently, emails come from a single configuration in config.yml, no matter the organisation.

Considering in my case, each organisation uses its own domain, it would be nice if emails for each organisation was able to come from its own domain

Motivation

The ability to send emails from the domain the resource is located would be helpful

Proposed Solution

Would be nice to have a section in the front end in an organisations settings where you could apply relevant email config.

Anything in this section would override what is in the config.yml
