Overtime Calculation based on Check in and Check out time

Information about bug

Default State: Frappe HR calculates Total Time Worked based on the Check in and Check out Time of the Employee.

Disregard for Actual Shift Times, allowing Employees to Receive Overtime even when clocking in early, no place to set this up

Overtime Calculation needs to be able to be configured for example
Allow Overtime Before Shift Time Starts
Allow Overtime After Shift Time Ends

This is also necessary for Reporting purposes

Where the User can decide on when Overtime should be calculated
Most Company Policies state that Overtime is only granted after the Working hours (Shift Times: 07:00 - 16:00)
not before the Shift Starts

There is no default way to set this up in Frappe HR
