Request to Resume Tagging Releases

I noticed that the repository hasn’t had any new tags or releases in a while. Would it be possible to start tagging the commits/releases again? Having up-to-date tags is really useful for package managers, version tracking, and integration in CI/CD pipelines.

It would also be excellent if you used the Frappe (company) convention of tagging with semver matching the Frappe (app) version.
