Wiki page setting has no influence on collapse behavior

I want to make my wiki sidebar non collapsable.

I suppose the way to do this is with Wiki Settings > Collapse Sidebar Groups.

However, the setting, triggered or not has no influence if the sidebar can be collapsed or not. The sidebar always stays collapsed.
