tests: apphash changes must exercise observations #116
Description
Recording a discussion point related to review of #113: any changes to the AppHash logic impact observations, and so we must make sure that integration testing (#72 , #114) exercises the observations.
My question is: does the manual construction of observation data currently in use by the integration tests satisfy this constraint? I believe it does, but haven't checked, so this issue is to make sure of that.
We can/should also wire up integration tests that poll the online test enrollment domains, e.g. https://test.demo.webcat.tech/ which is probably a good idea either way, if sufficiently feature-gated.
