[Bug] Optimizer allows stacking of the Amphoreus planar set spd effect.

Description

It is possible to stack the speed from the 'Amphoreus, The Eternal Land' planar set between the unit being optimized and one teammate. In other words you can get 16% speed with 2 planar sets instead of 8%.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Optimize a remembrance unit with another remembrance unit on the team with a active amphoreus planar set.
2. When switching off either the planar conditional or the teammates planar set the speed obtained will reduce.

Expected Behavior

Stacking the planar should result in no speed increase.

Actual Behavior

Stacking the planar results in a speed increase if the stacking is between a teammate and the main optimized unit.
