Add possibility to pass options when function relies on `convhulln`

As discussed in #44, we should let users pass on options to functions that rely on convhulln to help avoid errors.

I started toying to see if could let the users pass options to convhulln() or intersectn() as discussed in #44 and suggested by @mluerig (#44 (comment)).
However, it doesn't seem to fix our issue (using the same example dataset). Whatever the options passed to intersectn() I only get error messages.
