Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not load script: \spec-libs\galen-extras/galen-extras-rules.js

We are using version 2.4 of galen in which we're running into the following issue:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not load script: \spec-libs\galen-extras/galen-extras-rules.js

My understanding is that this is now an embedded script so should just work with `@lib galen-extras`

This is happening only on windows. Any thoughts?
