There have been many new features not documented in the "Getting Started" pages. We need to identify all these features (from the closed issues) and update the documentation accordingly. The documentation should also include steps. Here is an example:
To see keywords highlighted in the title and abstract, you need to perform the following steps:
- On your project main page, navigate to the menu on the left under Administration > Planning > Papers Sources.
- Edit the paper source you want.
- Specify your search string in the Search Query field. For example: (machine learn* OR ML) AND ("reinforcement learning" OR RL)
- Save and go back to the screening phase. The titles and abstract will have matching keywords highlighted in yellow.
Note that this will only work if you had already assigned papers to that specific Paper source. This is usually done when you import the papers.
- Add a Paper source and set the Search Query as described above.
- On your project main page, navigate to the menu on the left Import Papers and choose the import format you want.
- After selecting the file, click Upload.
- On the top, you should see an option to select the paper source.
- Click Save. This will import all the papers from the file and automatically assign them to the selected paper source.
Accessing the full text of papers during screening, quality assurance, or data extraction
ReLiS does not allow you to store the manuscript of the papers directly. This is to avoid copyright issues with publishers and to avoid overlading the system with a lot of data storage. Nevertheless, when importing or manually adding a paper, you can specify the link to the URL where the manuscript is available (such as the DOI). Then a PDF icon appears next to the paper when screening it and full-text is enabled in this screening phase.
