Duplicate ICD-10 code (O01 Hydatidiform mole) in `delphi_labels_chapters_colours_icd.csv`

Hello, and thank you for the great work on Delphi.
We are currently reproducing the model and encountered a question regarding the ICD-10 label table.

While generating the token ID mapping, we noticed that contains tow entries with the same ICD-10 code:

Could you clarify whether this duplication is intentional (e.g. due to different categories/metadata).

Thanks for your interest!
This is not intentional and likely due to a bug somewhere... I will get back to you once I find out exactly what caused it, but for now, it's safe to merge them into a single token in your implementation.
