Mobile Safari (iOS) navigation broken?

Tapping navigation buttons on iOS does not work. The url changes, but content does not load. If you tap refresh after tapping a navigation button, then the new page loads. Once that has happened you can use the navigation buttons, except the "Containers" view never loads - it's just a blank white page.
