⚡️ Feature: Event Log for remote environments

Feature Description

I would like to see the Event Log for remote environments. Currently no matter which environment I have selected my event log only shows events for the main Arcane instance.

Currently when I change the Type Filter setting on the event log to local or remote all the logs disappear.

Problem It Solves

Help debug issues on remote environments.

Proposed Solution

Show event logs for the selected environment not just the main Arcane instance.
