⚡️ Feature: add bulk features to containers & project page

Feature Description

The projects page list has check boxes, but no bulk actions. Containers page has no checkboxes or bulk actions
Either remove the unneeded check boxes, or add bulk action features as other pages.

Problem It Solves

Normalizes functions and GUI between pages; makes the application more consistent and more functional for bulk editing

Proposed Solution

Proposed for containers: (currently in the in-line kebab menu (Start, Stop, Remove)
Proposed for Projects: Start Selected, Stop Selected, Pull and Redeploy, Redeploy, Update

Alternatives Considered

I will admit it's a large lift, but will keep application consistent and easier to maintain.
May have to reconsider how multiple toast notifications are displayed - perhaps adding a visible log page
