Template Format and V1.0

Hey, I am about to spend some time submitting some pulls for additional templates. Before I started working, wanted to make sure that you didn't have significant changes to templates coming with 1.0. I know there are already really great repos out there like https://github.com/Lissy93/portainer-templates and I am loving Arcane and think a robust repository will support adoption.

The same template schema applies for 1.0 :) , may be a few small changes but nothing major, i choose do do it this way instead of the portainer ones, as those json files are huge and hard to read arcane, you basically just print it to the docker compose file and boom. And thank you 1.0 is coming i just want to make sure its fully stable before shipping
