Align content of lni-paper-example-de with Word template

I think, we should have one .tex document having the same structure (and roughly the same content) as the Word template. Currently, there is a difference in the headings and nesting depth:

I think, the start is "OKish", we should focus on keeping it aligned:

Somehow refs #1 (because there is also tasked to have some hints in that file)
