Inconsistent display in the right-click context menu before selecting a domain specific profile #1898

Description

Describe the bug
For a domain with no domain-specific settings, the “Select current domain profile” menu displays "Default_Settings" as the active selection (i.e., its radio item appears disabled/greyed as the current choice).

However, it should display "-" to indicate "no domain-specific profile selected; inheriting the global default profile" since the global default profile may be different from "Default_Settings".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a second profile in addition to "Default_Settings".
  2. Set this new profile as the global default profile using the right-click context menu.
  3. Open a website on a domain with no domain-specific settings.
  4. Right-click to open the context menu and display the list of profiles that can be set specifically for this domain.

Expected behavior
The grey radio button should be '-' when no domain-specific profile has been set for the current domain. Is also seems that the global profile setting is not exported in json files.

Environment

  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 143.0.7499.169 (Official Build) (64 bits)
