Question: why block size smaller get more bigger pixel tile

Hi, I like this project, but I have a question about the block size.

I am not sure if I misunderstood what block size is. I thought that a larger block size would make the image more pixelated. Why is the result the opposite?

block size = 6

OK, I know the block size is a scale percent, 5 is 5% scale of the original image.

The name block size seems a bit abstract. Why not explain it in terms of actual pixel dimensions? For example, if the value is 8, it means an 8x8 pixel area from the original image is used to generate a single output pixel. This would be much easier for users to understand.
