Move to elli-lib when ready?

This is great. We could move it to the elli-lib org if you were interested, when ready. But makes sense too if you want to keep all gleam stuff together.

Now that the Gleam HTTP library has matured a little I think this maybe somewhat ready to use. If you're still interested in moving this repo to that organisation do let me know
