ux improvement: make explicit that a safe txn was successful #203

another implicit UI issue:
- make a safe withdrawal
- get navigated to a txn history screen for the account
did it succeed? did it fail? what are those "0" txns?!
no idea until you dig in. don't make the user dig in, just show a big green/red something (for example), so they can go quickly and confidently about their business.
Describe the solution you'd like
clearly signal success or failure in a few ways:
- add a banner or transient notification saying "the transaction {succeeded! || failed...}"
- highlight or flash the row in the txn history that is relevant to the txn
- add an animated shower of confetti (or 😢 emoji if failed)
