Add the accountURL to the human-readable lego accounts list output

Detailed Description

The account URL is required for configuring the persistent DNS record for the DNS-PERSIST-01 challenge. Right now, it only included in the JSON output with lego accounts list --json in the accountURL field.

To ease the creation of the DNS record, it would be helpful to include the URL in the human-readable output of lego accounts list too.
