Enhancements to recurring events

Description

Can you please consider the following PRs in relation to recurring events:

1. Include the Year as an recurrance option.
2. Include the month as a recurrence option which can then be configured to specify the number of months (e.g. every 2 months).

3. Please introduce the ability to specify the days in which a task repeats if scheduling on a weekly basis. (e.g. see screenshot below from Microsoft ToDo, I am able to schedule a task to repeat weekly and it can repeat weekly on certain days like a Monday and Tuesday every week.

Which alternatives did you consider using instead?

These are available in Microsoft ToDo, but I want to use Vikunja as a onestop shop for all my tools.
