tcpser v1.1.5_alpha -C -A -I -B -T responses

I'm not sure what is not setup correct for this to send out the response txt files correctly.

I am running this with Vice 3.9 for a BBS and the virtual serial ports and have tried with the txt filenames and also tried with full paths to the files but nothing is being sent out. All other options are working just Great! Is this option not working in this build or is it because I am not using an actual com port with Windows?
