OpenAPI docs don't handle dark mode well

Noticed that text colors do not update when dark mode is enabled:

Came here to say that I agree 😅 I think the React plugin isn't propagating the theme preference. Might need to change some configuration or update the plugin. Or perhaps investigate another OpenAPI plugin all together.
