Description of the feature request:
As it stands it seems we are unable to use service account and google-github-actions/auth@v2 for authenticating.
What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?
Being able to use the 10x free tier quota up from the API limits enforced when using token
Any other information you'd like to share?
