TL;DR

Numerous actions/workflows my comment on an issue or pull request. This request is to make it easy for users to see which action posted which comments/changes, so that it is easy for users to know what actions to edit/disable/etc.

This is now handled by the dispatch workflows which comment on an issue or PR, and add a link to the workflow run logs.
