Expected Behavior

The PDK documentation specifies design rules for MiM capacitors (capm and cap2m).

Actual Behavior

The table for capm rules in filled with N/As and refers to the wrong metal layers.

DRC rules can be filled in from open_pdk's magic techfile starting at this line.
