Expected Behavior

Every device has a unique cell and a model name referring to their GDS and SPICE model respectively.

Actual Behavior

Some components have gotten the cell name sky130_fd_pr__nfet_01v8 when they should not.
Other issues may be present with other cell names as well.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Go to https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/rules/device-details.html and look at 5.0V native NMOS FET.
2. Acknowledge that the cell name is sky130_fd_pr__nfet_01v8 and the model name is sky130_fd_pr__nfet_05v0_nvt.
