[Feature Request] Mark series as "dropped" / remove series from Keep Reading and On Deck

Opening new discussion because previous issues were marked as stale (#599, #603, #855).

Currently there is no good way to mark a series as dropped in Komga. You can mark a series as read/unread, but this clears the series read progress, which is inconvenient if you ever decide to pick up that series again in the future.

A slightly better workaround is to add a "dropped" tag to last in-progress book in that series, and edit the home options in Komelia to exclude books with that tag. This isn't a great solution, however, because it is inconvenient and doesn't work in the Komga webui.

The easiest solution would be to add a "mark as dropped/remove from dropped" option (or something like "put on hold), similar to the "mark as read/unread" option. This would exclude any books in the series from On Deck and Currently Reading, without resetting read progress for that series.
