[Feature request] Add Support for solid RAR archives

Hi @gotson,
Please add support for solid RAR archives.
I know the solution you proposed previously in #147 was to just convert them to ZIP, but that involves duplicating a lot of files because the RAR archives are also shared on DC.
This support has already been implemented in other solutions, such as Kavita.

Solid RAR archives can only be read in one go, meaning you can't just get 1 file from them. It's unfit for comics, you should convert them to CBZ.
