Add support for importing the ComicRack DB (ComicDb.xml)

Please add the possibility to import the ComicRack DB (ComicDb.xml).
It would make the migration from ComicRack CE to Komga much easier if all the metadata and reading status were already stored in ComicDb.xml.

Most of the archives don't contain the file ComicInfo.xml.

why ? ComicRack writes the metadata to archives

I wanted to avoid modifying the archives by inserting the ComicInfo.xml file because it would modify the hash of the archives, and these are archives are shared on DC hubs.
It's ok, i'll try to write with copilot a script which can parse ComicDb.xml and update the books using the Komga API.

yeah, the default behaviour of ComicRack is to write to archives, that's how every other app uses ComicInfo.xml too
