Allow quickly clicks on month change button

Now, user can't click button during month animation progressing. It has two issues.

1. When trying to change multiple months, it takes a long time because user have to wait for each animation to finish
2. If user click too quickly, the month paragraph gets selected.

It would be great if we could keep the animation while allowing quickly month changes!

I've seen also this issue - maybe preventing the double-click event could be a solution?

We did not allow fast clicks as they may break the animation:

Lemme check that, I think it makes sense to not block interaction while animating, and the DayPicker can support that.

It's available at the version 9.6.4, let us know if it fixes your issue after you update the version.
