some `useChain*` hooks have wrong labels in docs

Describe the bug

The docs have wrong labels for some of the chain hooks.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://graz.sh/docs/hooks/useChainInfo
2. Notice the left bar label and some other labels says "useActiveChains" when it should be "useChainInfo"

Expected behavior

The hooks should have the correct labels
