Integrate GSD with Codex CLI (ChatGPT users get it by default + bigger context limits) #697

I tried the Codex app, told it to internalise the GSD framework. Then we built a GSD led building session where GSD does all the research/planning execution. I just tell it which GSD command I want to use and then we set off. Worked well except for all the Q&A in the discussion phase , I had to manually ask it to reproduce the q&A session. But overall, goo experience. Helps if you really know how GSD works. |

Hey! I’d love to see GSD support Codex CLI.
A lot of us already live in ChatGPT, so Codex is basically “already there” for many people. Plus, it tends to handle much larger context/token limits, which is perfect for GSD workflows that need repo-wide context.
Proposal: add a Codex provider option (auto-detect if Codex CLI is installed), so we can run gsd tasks through Codex the same way we do with other providers.
