Anyone using GSD across small human (not enterprise) teams? What's your approach/team workflow?

I've been using GSD for a couple days on some solo projects. It really seems to give the harnesses and LLMs the brain needed for agentic development on significant projects.

I'm wondering if anyone has successfully adopted GSD in a multi-human team where several humans are working together steering on a GSD project simultaneously?

If there is an obvious way, I'm not clocking it?

Any direction or advice would be welcome and I'd be happy to contribute a "human teams" section to the GSD docs once I understand if/how anyone is doing this!
