A post-installation step to adapt to local MCPs etc.

I prefer using Ref to Context7. I also usually use Exa for any web research jobs. It'd be nice if GSD took those into account.

Proposal

Instead of setting up the skills/commands verbatim:

1. copy them to a separate directory
2. ask claude to copy them into .claude/commands etc. AND adapt them to the present environment based on currently available MCP servers.

Or we could do the same with simple templating.
The upside of using the LLM for this is that is has all the tool descriptions so it can easily deduce how to replace Context7 in the original skills/commands/agents and augment web search with Exa.

I'm gonna try to come up with a decent prompt for this and report back the results
