Regex/Wildcard List

What's the Regex/Wildcard list here meant to be used for (if anything)?

Is it a completed/usable list or something in test/dev stage?

It can be used; I use it myself in my local AGH instance.

If you have suggestions for additional rules, the file can be edited via PR. It is static and is not generated by the build system.
I'm sure I have a few more rules for this list, but I don't have the time, or rather, it's not a high priority for me. My free time is actually spent on the other lists.

The list actually only contains rules that I consider unproblematic. In my instance, I am even more aggressive.

Aggressive is good.. I use Ultimate with little to no whitelisting ;)
