Troubleshooting discrepancies between PoePy and Ash's code

Continuing the discussion on edges that was started in the now closed issue "Reconcile mismatch of Shijing node numbers by calculating them from PoePy" (URL: #9)

The main discussion which we will have now is to find a common format that we use for the data in the future. This relies a bit on myself showing what I mean, by converting one dataset already, and I will try to do so ASAP, but it may have to wait until next week.

My most recent addons making CLDF out of Baxter1992 shows that the number of nodes is as reported in the paper, based on that very file. So my suspicion is that it was a file problem, rather than a code problem.
