Menu not activ

When I start Open-/LibreOffice the menu entry "Lesezeichen" (in German) is not activ. So it is impossible to use the shortcut "ALT+L" to open the menu.
Testet with AOO 4.1.2 and LOO 5.0.4 on Windows and Linux

This problem is related to the office implementation of the menu. Popup menus on the main menu can not be
activated until it is used, it seems.
