Allow Playwright To Produce Local Screenshots

The way happo captures screenshots seems to cause issues with custom elements and components rendered in a shadow dom (I keep getting screenshots with missing elements, etc.). I noticed that the cypress integration has a way to generate images locally. That feature could help for the playwright integration too. Playwright definitely captures custom elements correctly.

I'd really like to understand the issues you are seeing a bit better. Is there any chance you could provide a reproduction case for us, or point us to some of your reports that weren't working as well as you had expected? I also support letting the framework produce the screenshots for the visual regression. We set state of our components outside of happo and we are able to capture the exact state, we would like to just upload these images to Happo, we don't need nor want to use Happos way of screenshotting as it just adds more code to our codebase which is negative for us.
