ARM64

I'm running a new Microsoft Surface Laptop with ARM64 processesor and getting compatability issues as NODE is installed with ARM but the sfdx-hardis doesn't have an ARM capatabilty. Are you able to compile an ARM version of sfdx-hardis?

@jasloz i'm using an amd64 on windows so i didn't see such issues

NodeJs is cross-platform , and javascript isn't a compiled languzge, so there shouldn't be issues with arm64

Please can you share the error details ?
