Can't Install the harness provider

I have harness/harness listed as a required provider. For the sake of the argument, I'm using a local backend for my state files.
When I run terraform init, I'm getting the following exceptions.

I added other providers, such as hashicorp/aws, to the required_providers, and it was able to install those without any issues.

terraform -version
Terraform v1.14.3
on darwin_arm64

I'm not sure why I'm not able to install any versions of the harness provider! Any help is deeply appreciated.
