Need to fix the TOC folding

Hi @hzeljko, the TOC no longer folds or disappears as the template would normally do whenever it comes across a reference. Could you please see why this is happening?

Of course. It will be fixed.

This is actually resolved when the full site is built, and is a "bug" that shows up only when rendering individual files.
