Extended the system/station data and provide a way to edit it

At the moment the system/station data garnered from https://github.com/SteveHodge/ed-systems/blob/master/systems.json is missing some key information that would be desirable in a route planner.

Eg. There is no indication of the star type, specifically if it's scoopable. There is also no indication if a station offers refuelling, though perhaps they all do?

A common schema is ideally needed for various tools. A rather extensive schema was being worked on here:

That may be overkill for my purposes, but it's worth looking at.
