Add a fast "Race-boot" functionality

Power on the goggles without initializations that are crucial for receiving video feed. Ignore anything that delays the boot and image display.

This would be handy for flying events.

e.g. most of the time the hosts have their own dvr, so the sd card initialization to start dvd can be done later. If it is possible - even ignore the main gui loading and jump straight to the hdzero video feed. This would be an option for experienced pilots who need their video feed after powering-on the goggles ASAP

The Go Sleep! function was added for this type of Race usage. From the input menu you can assign a button press to trigger Go Sleep! without needing to enter the menu.

The goggle already does allow you to utilize sources before the SD check completes.
To improve normal cold boot time you can set:
Auto Scan -> Auto Scan = Last
Auto Scan -> Default = Last

My current boot time:
Booting a post release build of v9.5.0 to HDZero source w/256gb SD card boot took ~21 seconds to show menu and +~4 seconds to show Live view.

To prevent SD checks you can add the develop.sh to SD card (without adding a HDZGOGGLE file) to save about a second from menu boot time.

Potential for improvements:
-I do recall thinking boot was a few seconds faster on older builds. So we may be able to gain back some more ground.
-Use a smaller SD card.
-The idea to make a set of boot to stripped source modes is interesting but using this method to reduce boot time would result in reduce functionality and likely increase development/support workload.

If you have time to experiment with boot up please download the source code to experiment with build/run of HDZGOGGLE from SD card.

Additionally, @SumolX may be able to offer some additional thoughts? (seems to have a good understanding of boot tasks)

Go Sleep! works nice, but if you are to change the goggle battery or power the goggle off when going to the pit zone you have to boot the goggle and enter it to sleep manually, that's my main concern

It's just a draft idea I've had, think there's certainly some exploration to do on it

Integrity check is a necessary evil otherwise the card becomes corrupted after a few power cycles. Without a graceful shutdown this is guaranteed to fail eventually with fat32.... maybe it's time to start looking at other filesystems that support journaling. Probably start looking at native Linux filesystems first.

May need to be a hybrid partition to satisfy boot up recovery and ext filesystems for writing data

Honestly this is a really good idea! Then integrity check can be disabled. But how consistent will user be in regards to always pressing the button is the question?!?

Too bad there is no way to detect power loss and immediately unmount card.... but this would require additional electronics.
