HDZero Goggle 2 corrupts DVR footage on microSDXC card

I noticed that my brand new HDZero Goggle 2 corrupts the DVR files (.ts in my case) on my Samsung PRO Plus 128 GB, U3, UHS-I microSDXC (130MB/s write speed) way too often.

The files usually get corrupted after the first third and the footage is unusable due to heavy and fast horizontal rolling. Sometimes the rolling is combined with color shift (I’ve noticed blue and yellow color shifting).

This happened to me in 5 out of the 9 flights i have done using the HDZero Lux Camera in combination with the AIO5.

When using the Eco Camera I only had it happen once in 10 flights.

Both of the AIO5s and the Goggle 2 are on their latest firmware versions and have been flashed according to their manual. The Goggle 2 firmware revision 20250715 was flashed using the emergency method as instructed.

I’ve been using the exact same microSD card model on the original HDZero Goggle without any issues for months.

Please let me know if you need any additional information such as goggle settings or samples of the corrupted DVR files. Unfortunately I didn’t have logging enabled.

I contacted support for this issue and they gave me a test FW which fixed this issue. It only occured during low connection periods of flight, in which the rest of the video would horizontally roll like you describe.
