AIO5 loss of lowband channels after power outage.

I had unlocked the AIO5 for low raceband channels, but experienced an issue after completely draining the battery. Upon powering up with a fresh battery, the lowband channels were no longer available. When I checked the Betaflight VTX table, the lowband values had been removed. Even after re-adding these values, I still couldn't select the low raceband channels.
I suspect I'll need to reflash the lowband unlock to restore functionality. Is it normal for the unlock to be forgotten when the AIO loses all power?

Just for clarity, I didn't intend to run the battery down completely. To me, it seems like a bug that the unlocking function would lock itself again after such an occurrence, and that's why I have raised it here.

When the battery is exhausted, the chip may operate in an unstable state.
