link to vocabs in HISPID terms document are broken

This is a great document and I use it all the time....just a small issue

In the terms document at http://hiscom.github.io/hispid/terms/ the links to a terms vocab goes to http://hiscom.chah.org.au/hispid/vocabulary/XXXXX.xml

Error : Description: Unable to locate the server named "hiscom.chah.org.au" --- the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in the server name, or the server no longer exists. Double-check the name and try again.

changing the link to https://github.com/hiscom/hispid/tree/master/vocabulary/XXXXX.xml resolves it. Is this where the links should now go?

The issue is caused by the chah.org.au server no longer redirecting correctly. It would be good to have the links go to http://hiscom.github.io/..., but the link text (and the qualified name for the vocubulary) still as http://hiscom.chah.org.au/hispid/vocabulary/....
